The Cross Scythes 30% Off Offer: Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before redeeming The Cross Scythes' 30% Off Offer.

Offer: Eligible items will receive a 30% discount off the regular menu price.
Included Items: The discount applies only to full-priced items within the following menu categories: Mains, Grill items, and Salads.
Exclusions: The discount is not valid on nibbles, small plates, sides, sandwiches, wraps, sharing boards, set menus, kids menus, drinks, desserts, or any other menu items not specifically listed as included.

Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 3rd November to 28th November inclusive.
Availability: The Offer is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (Monday to Friday).
Timing: The Offer is only valid for meals commencing from 12:00 PM (noon) onwards.

Booking Required: This Offer is valid by booking only. The discount cannot be redeemed by walk-in customers.
Proof of Booking: To redeem the discount, the customer must show a confirmed booking (e.g., email confirmation, reference number) to a member of The Cross Scythes staff upon arrival or when requesting the bill.

Non-Transferable: The Offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the person(s) covered by the confirmed booking.
No Cash Alternative: The Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Not in Conjunction: This Offer cannot be used with any other discount, promotion, voucher, or loyalty scheme.
Service Charge: The discount applies to food items only; any discretionary or mandatory service charge will be calculated on the full, pre-discounted price of the meal.
Management Rights: The Cross Scythes reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice. The decision of The Cross Scythes management in all matters relating to the Offer is final.
